For years I was the ambitious career woman chasing the big job, the paycheck, the promotions. No matter how high I climbed, I still came home exhausted, guilty, and questioning if I was failing.

On the flip side I tried shrinking my own dreams just to keep up as a mom. I told myself this was “balance.” But it wasn’t. It was survival mode. And it cost me my health, my energy, my peace of mind, and my sense of self.

I burned out. I carried the guilt. I questioned everything. And underneath it all was the constant fear that I was losing myself.

Then I found what was missing, the piece no one talks about. Backed by neuroscience, somatics, and soul work, I rebuilt from the inside out. It gave me the clarity, energy, joy, and freedom I had been chasing in all the wrong places. I spent years testing, learning, and rebuilding until I finally cracked the code that worked.
