Nope. If you’re expecting me to hand you a meal plan or a calorie tracker, you’re going to be disappointed. This isn’t about counting, restricting, or punishing your body. This is about releasing both the invisible and the visible weight. The guilt, exhaustion, perfectionism, plus the belly bloat, the stubborn inches. Yes, we use daily one-minute movement rituals and Ayurvedic kitchen supports – but those are tools for resetting your body and nervous system, not rules to live and die by.

Will I actually lose weight or is it just mindset?

You will release inches. Period. Your clothes will fit better, your energy will shift, and your body will let go of what it’s been holding onto. But here’s the thing → it’s not just mindset or body. When you reset your identity and your nervous system, your body follows. That’s why diets stall and challenges flop – they only focus on food or workouts. This one integrates identity, somatics, science, and spirit. That’s why you’ll see physical results.

I’m already so busy – how much time does this take every day?

I designed this challenge for moms like us – busy, working, overwhelmed. The movement rituals are literally one minute, five times a day. The somatic cues? 30 seconds. The Ayurvedic supports? Sipping tea instead of soda. This is not about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about weaving release into the life you already have. And honestly? Do I need special equipment or food?
